EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns. All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse; we will provide the return address upon request.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@bridgeandbloom.uk with the following information:

Photos (if the product arrived damaged)

Your full name and address
We will respond with instructions and the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender’s address without confirmation from us.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process it within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received.
Cancellations
Orders are processed automatically and cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please wait until you receive it and then follow the return process above.
